What I love about turkey is that it’s so easy to bake. In no time it is ready to put on a plate, so you can take a great bite of this delicious and healthy meat.
What Google says: a little-known health benefit of turkey is that it contains trace minerals thought to aid in cancer prevention. Turkey also contains selenium, which is essential for the healthy function of the thyroid and immune system.
- Iceberg lettuce
- Cherry tomato’s
- Spring onions
- Grilled vegetables (red, yellow, green pepper, aubergine and zucchini
- Grilled turkey steak with oyster sauce
- Fresh lime as dressing
Grill the turkey in coconut oil, a dash of fish sauce and oyster sauce. Grill the vegetables in an oven or grill for about 20 minutes. Remove the skin of the peppers and voila. YUM YUM!
