Welcome to this relaxing meditation.
Today we’re going to focus on a mantra. A mantra is a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.
Today we’ll use the mantra “So Hum.” What is Sanskrit for “I am that!”
“That” refers to all of creation, the one breathing us all. “So Hum”, “I am that” is a refection of the sound of the breath.
It’s very simple and I trust you can do this. Instead of focusing on the body or breath, you’ll simply focus on a word.
And no worries, because I’ll be guiding you throughout the journey.
The whole point of meditation is to create more awareness in your life, so you can lead a happier, adventures and authentic life.
