All you need is:

  • Red pepper
  • Red onion
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Roasted cashew nuts
  • Spring onions
  • Radish
  • Celery
  • Can of tuna in water
  • Cucumber
  • Cashews
  • Dressing of fresh lime, Sesame oil and Soy Sauce

 

Take the time to eat mindfully to really extend your pleasure. Let your senses overwhelm you by all the good that comes from eating a healthy dish like this.
